Our mission is to provide sustainable solutions for e-waste management, ensuring data security and environmental responsibility. We serve both retail and wholesale clients, offering high-quality refurbished electronics.

Position Overview: The Client Relations professional will be responsible for receiving phone calls to the company and providing timely and accurate responses to emails. This individual will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and manage incoming phone calls, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to emails, ensuring all client communications are handled efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, including phone calls and emails, using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather information and resolve client issues.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of client communication strategies.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members or management.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on client interactions and feedback to the management team.
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
