Position Overview: The Client Relations / Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, including organizations and individuals. This role includes monitoring online marketplaces and managing administrative accounts. The ideal candidate will work closely with the management team to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests.
- Monitor and analyze online marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Manage client accounts, including invoicing, payments, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for client engagement and business development.
- Provide regular updates and reports on client activities, market trends, and account performance.
- Address client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to e-waste management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations, account management, or sales, preferably in the IT or electronics recycling industry.
- Proven track record of managing client accounts and driving business growth.
- Strong knowledge of online marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and financial management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of integrity and commitment to client satisfaction.
